COMMON ORDER The present appeal suits were disposed of by this Court on 13.03.2018 regarding the undertaking given by the 2nd appellant and thereafter directed to be listed "For Reporting Compliance".
2. When the matters were taken up for hearing on 14.09.2018, compliance was reported by the learned counsel for the appellant. However, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit regarding the details thereof.
3. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents 5 to 8 in A.S.No.782 of 2001 would submit that the matters have been settled.
