2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered as prayed for and the petitioner is permitted to pay the deficit Court fees as per the Pondicherry Court Fees Act.
