Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India,to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2016 and conduct enquiry under due process of Law to ascertain whether the fourth respondent has obtained permission in accordance with the AICTE Regulations for Entry and Operation of Foreign Universities in India Imparting Technical Education 2005.

The petitioner seeks for disposal of his representation dated 12.04.2016 wherein and whereby, he sought for some action in the 4th respondent Institute by making some allegations.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been disposed of by the first respondent. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the contention raised by both parties, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within the period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
