Mr.R.Chakkaravarthy Government Counsel For R1 And R2 Order This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.04.2026 and consequently, to conduct an enquiry into the allegations of corruption, abuse of official position, illegal transfers and accumulation of assets by one Tmt.Geetha, Manager, Kancheepuram Distrit Consumer Cooperative Wholesale Stores Limited, Chennai.

When this Court has questioned the learned counsel for the petitioner about the availability of any documentary evidence to substantiate the allegations made regarding the accumulation of disproportionate assets, illegal transfers and other misconduct, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that such evidence is available but the same has not been filed before this Court.

In the absence of any supporting documents and in view of the fact that the allegations made in the writ petition are vague and unsubstantiated, this Court is not inclined to issue the direction sought for by the petitioner.
