The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341 and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.1068 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Totally there are 3 accused in this case and the petitioner is A1. It is alleged that due to previous enmity the petitioner along with other accused persons threatened the defacto complainant with knife point and abused him with filthy language. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

smn same was dismissed by this Court. He would further submit that the petitioner has suppressed about the earlier application before this Court. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and the petitioner has suppressed about the earlier application which was dismissed by this Court, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
