ORDER

The Petitioner was placed under suspension by an order dated 05.03.2018. The petitioner has thereafter sent a representation dated 29.06.2018 and another undated representation. However, a copy of the postal acknowledgement evidencing service of the 2nd representation on the 2nd respondent has been filed.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the present case, this writ petition is disposed by directing the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
