The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the petitioner's land situated in S.No.1837, Bargur Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District measuring an extent of 5 acres 50 cent based on the Online Receipt No.2024/0123/10/000691 dated 26.04.2024 by considering his representation dated 27.04.2024

2. According to the petitioner, he is the owner of 5 acres 50 cent of land situated in S.No.1837, Bargur Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District with Patta No.355. He made an application to the respondents for survey of his land. He also paid the necessary charges as evidenced from acknowledgment receipt dated 26.04.2024 in Application No.2024/0123/10/000691.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the survey of the land of the petitioner will be completed by the 2nd respondent within a period fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without going 2/4

into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the survey of the land of the petitioner in S.No.1837, Bargur Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District, within a period of four weeks from today and communicate findings to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
