This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 21.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.13702 of 2023 to extend the time granted to the petitioners to execute the sureties and to comply with the other conditions.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to execute the sureties and to comply with the other conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
