This petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants 2 to 7 to record the death of the first appellant viz., Smt.Jaya and recognize the petitioners 2 to 7/ appellants 2 to 7 as her legal representatives.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants 2 to 7.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing the above petition.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered.
