The matter is listed today under the caption for being mentioned. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court vide order dated 22.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.19938 of 2020 had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners. He would submit that some inadvertent mistake has crept in the order and that the crime numbers and the provisions of offences have been wrongly mentioned in the order copy. Hence, he seeks for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, paragraph No.1 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.19938 of 2020 dated 22.12.2020 shall be read follows;

"The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(1) of IPC, in Crime No.849 of 2020, on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail." 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

ksa-2 4.Further, two weeks time is extended from the date on which the order copy is made ready, to comply with the conditions. 16.02.2021 ksa-2 Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue a fresh order copy.
