..Applicants/Petitioners Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to accept the payment of the succession duty of Rs.1,06,370/- (Rupees One Lakh Six Thousand three hundred seventy only) on 22/07/2021 in Transaction No.TNCT 2240G2142L155 by way of E-Payment instead of remitting the said sum to Reserve Bank of India.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

This Application is filed to accept the payment of the succession duty of Rs.1,06,370/- on 22.07.2021 in Transaction No.TNCT 2240G2142L155 by way of E-payment instead of paying the said sum to Reserve Bank of India by way of cash.

2. The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit are satisfied. This application is ordered as prayed for.
