O R D E R

The petitioner filed a suit for recovery of money. In this, the petitioner filed an Interlocutory Application in IA.No.527 of 2017 for attachment, before judgment. The trial Court on 18.08.2017, posted the matter for production of value of proposed security and on 23.08.2017 for production of further documents. Thereafter, on 11.09.2017, heard the arguments of the petitioner side and on 22.01.2019, heard the respondents side arguments, but the matter was periodically adjourned without any progress.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent has adopted dilatory tactics and selling all his properties to defeat the rights of the petitioner. The interim application shall be disposed of in a time bound manner in 30 days, but the trial Court has not done it. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has preferred the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of interlocutory application.

3. Perusal of the adjudication would go to show that there is an inordinate delay in disposal of interlocutory application.

4. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow the petition as prayed for.

5. Accordingly, a direction is issued to Sub-Court, Sankari to dispose of I.A.No.527 of 2017 in O.S.No.102 of 2017 pending on its file within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
