[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] When captioned 'Writ petition' ['WP' for the sake of brevity] was taken up, it came to light that R1 has since passed order dated 12.07.2024 bearing reference e/f/2748/2024/m2 pursuant to two impugned enquiry notices i.e., two impugned enquiry notices dated 12.06.2024 and 05.07.2024.

2. In the light of the subsequent development, Ms.K.Abhirame, learned counsel on record sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned WP and captioned WMPs thereat but made a request to preserve Page Nos.2/6

all the rights and contentions to assail 12.07.2024 order made by R1, saying so, learned counsel has made endorsements in the case file and scanned reproduction of the same are as follows:

3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP and WMPs thereat are disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit with preservation of rights and contentions of the writ petitioners to assail 12.07.2024 order bearing reference e/f/2748/2024/m2 made by R1 and/or initiate contempt proceedings, in this regard, we make it clear that all questions are left open as we have not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter. Captioned WP and captioned WMPs are disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit with preservation of rights in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
