It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the suit itself was disposed on 30.10.2014 and the First Appeal in A.S.No.27 of 2015 is pending before the Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri. Therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the prayer in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
