Today (07.01.2021), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry has been conducted, after investigation, the complaint has been closed as "further action is dropped". Hence this petition may be closed.
