ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and he should appear before the respondent for investigation whenever required, imposed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan magistrate (EO II), Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.25 of 2025 in R.R.No.3 of 2025 on 17.03.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent daily at 10.30 am, until further orders, is totally relaxed.
