ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12830 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026 "(iii) The petitioner shall stay at Salem and appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Salem, daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in para 7(iii) in Crl.O.P.No.12830 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Salem, on alternate days at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m, until further orders.
