Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned order of transfer in Memo dated 09.07.2004 in Memo No.016177/Adm.1/A1/2004 passed by the 2nd respondent and received by the petitioner on 16.07.2004 and quash the same and issue such further or other directions.

ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent transferring the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. However, a perusal of the notes paper reveal that in the order dated 29.10.04, it has been noted that consequent to the issuance of the impugned order of transfer, the petitioner has joined the services at the transferred place. Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This clearly shows that in all likelihood, due to efflux of time, the petitioner may not be having any cause to agitate the matter before this Court .
