ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1-3 to act upon our application No.2023/0123/12/000165 dated 05.12.2023 and cause survey of the subject land admeasuring an extent of 0.20 Acres comprised in Survey No.5/1 and 6/1 (now sub-divided as survey Nos.5/1B2A2 and 6/1B2) situated at Theethipalayam Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore and consequently erect boundary stones clearly demarcating the subject land belonging to the Petitioners at the cost and expenses of the petitioners.

2. The petitioners submitted an application on 05.12.2023 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the 2/4

materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since, no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 05.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
