ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience by the respondent to the order of this Court dated 10.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.36780 of 2024.

2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader informs the Court that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.36780 of 2024 on 10.12.2024, has been complied with. He has produced the order dated 29.07.2025 issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Commissioner of Land Reforms, Chennai, whereby the orders for regularisation of the plots has been granted, subject to the payment of Rs.8,29,250/-. It is also submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order has also been issued to the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the orders of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition is closed.
