ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the
respondents to complete the investigation pursuant to the complaint dated 30.07.2020 in ROC.No.364/2020/VC and thereupon, to take appropriate action against the person found guilty.
2. Pursuant to the prayer aforesaid, this Court directed the respondents to process the enquiry, which was said to be nearing completion, as per the statement of learned counsel for the respondents recorded on 15.12.2021.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that investigation has been completed, followed by submission of report to the Committee. The Committee would now take a decision for appropriate action in the matter. Thus, the prayer made by the petitioner has been taken up.
4. We have considered the rival submissions of the parties and find that pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner, investigation has already been completed, as stated by learned counsel of the respondents. Now, the matter is pending consideration before the Committee.
5. In view of the above, we dispose of the writ petition directing the Committee to take a decision pursuant to the investigation report submitted by the respondents. The decision in this regard would be taken within a period of one month from today. There will be no order as to costs.
