543 of 2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate at Avinashi pending disposal of this CRL RC.566/2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.6681 of 2018] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL RC.566/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MYILSAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Considering the fact that there are arguable points in the revision and taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that the petitioner shall deposit 30% of the amount before the trial Court, this Court is inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/accused.

2. The sentence of the imprisonment imposed on the petitioner shall stand suspend on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 30% of the amount awarded by the Court below as compensation within a period of eight weeks from today and on such deposit, the petitioner shall release on bail on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the trial Court and on a further condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, pending disposal of the revision.

3. In view of the suspension of sentence, the petitioner is exempted from surrendering before the appellate Court and Crl.M.P.No.6380 of 2018 is ordered accordingly. -sd/- 06/06/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
