O R D E R

The Respondent, who is a resident of New Perungalathur, Chennai, instituted proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2019 on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram.

2. The Petitioner has come up with this Petition for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2019 to the Family Court at Chennai, on the ground that she is unemployed and is unable to support herself, and, it would be difficult for her to meet out even the travelling expenses, to attend the hearings at Sub-Court, Tambaram.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. None appears on behalf of the Respondent in spite of his name printed in the cause list, after service.

4. There is nothing on record to suspect the bonafides in filing this Transfer Petition. I am therefore of the view that the Transfer Petition deserves to be allowed.

5. In the result, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram and is transferred to the Family Court at Chennai, for trial.

6. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.15360 of 2019 is closed.
