This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to fix an early date for final hearing of the main petition.
2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has stated that as per the instructions received from the Doctor, the detenue is tested HIV+ and he is also affected with Tuberculosis. Hence, he has no objection in taking up the main petition itself today for hearing.
3. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the main petition is taken up for hearing.
