Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Lr.No.AE/O&M/AlmathyI/F.Court Case/D.No.579/2026 dated 29.5.2026 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to cancel the illegal transfer of Electricity Service Connection Meter Account Nos.0541/4

2. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
