This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in para No.7(a) by order dated 21.05.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.12594 of 2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner by this Court in para No.7(a) by order dated 21.05.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.12594 of 2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
