When the police summoned the petitioner to participate in the enquiry, the petitioner instead of participating in the enquiry has filed this petition seeking protection from the police harassment. 3.
From the narration of the facts and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds that there is no element of harassment by the police, but under the guise of alleged harassment, the petitioner wants to abstain from participating in the enquiry. This Court finds no merit in the petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
