Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to issue joint patta for the properties comprised in Re-Survey Nos.801, 802, 803, 805, 806, 863/3 and S.No.768/4 to an extent of 14.12 Acres Chithanapalli Village, Nallur (Post), Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District - 635 103 by considering the petitioners' representation dated 26.08.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to issue joint patta for the properties comprised in Re-Survey Nos.801, 802, 803, 805, 806, 863/3 and S.No.768/4 to an extent of 14.12 Acres Chithanapalli Village, Nallur (Post), Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District - 635 103 by considering the petitioners' representation dated 26.08.2021.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 26.08.2021, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
