J.,] There is no representation for writ petitioner. However, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R5 is before this Court and learned State counsel is ready. As regards R6 (private respondent), Mr.C.S.Kiran, learned counsel on record is before us. To be noted, there is no representation for writ petitioner either in the physical Court or on the 'VC' ['Videoconferencing'] platform. It is further to be noted that this is a hybrid hearing, which is a regular/routine/daily feature in this Court.

2. With the intention of giving opportunity to the writ petitioner and learned counsel for writ petitioner, list this matter Page Nos.3/6
