ORDER

This Petition is filed to extend the time to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.20657 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.2262 of 2025 by its order dated 05.11.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the condition No. 4(a) of the order dated 05.11.2025 has not been complied with due to some financial problem faced by the petitioner. He further submitted that his client is ready to bring a Demand Draft of Rs.2 lakhs (Rupees Two Lakhs Only ) in the name of the respondent in the next date of hearing. Thus, he prays to allow ten more days.

3. The petitioner is directed to bring a draft of Rs.2 lakhs in the name of

the respondent in the next date of hearing. No further time is allowed to make compliance of the order dated 05.11.2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

5. Put up this case 'for Orders ' on 23.06.2026 before the appropriate Bench.
