For Petitioner in both petitions :: Mr.P.Venkateshan For Respondents in both petitions:: Mr.P.R.Dhilipkumar, Standing Counsel for R1 to R3 COMMON ORDER The petitioners have come to this Court seeking a direction to the third respondent to provide electricity connection to their houses situated at Nos.4 and 9, Shree Valli Street, Subash Nagar extension, Puthragam, Kolathur, Chennai-600 099. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that since the petitioners have been in possession and enjoyment of the above mentioned property for a considerable period, they made representations before the fourth respondent for providing electricity service connection in person, but till date the respondents have not come forward to consider the same. 3.

When the petitioners have come to this Court seeking the above direction to the third respondent to provide electricity connection to their houses, by way of filing these writ petitions, they have to produce evidence showing that they are in the possession and enjoyment of the above houses. But the same has not been done so. Therefore, this Court is not able to entertain these writ petitions and the same are dismissed. No costs.
