Being satisfied with the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the appellant is required to effect publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" having circulation in Coimbatore District for the hearing on 27.08.2024. The publication shall be effected on or before 29.07.2024.
