This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner, based on her complaint dated 17.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition including the said Babu as one of the respondents and so that, this Court can hear both sides and pass orders.
