This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to defreeze the petitioner's bank accounts viz. Axis Bank A/c.No.

189010100051095 and HDFC Bank A/c.No.50100002292437.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.Today, Ms.V.Bharathi, Sub Inspector of Police, CCB, Chennai is present before this Court.

4.It is seen that the respondent has frozen the bank accounts of the petitioner in Crime No.98 of 2018, on account of which, the petitioner is before this Court for defreezing the account.

5.Mr.Velmurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on account of freezing of the account, the petitioner has not been able to meet his credit card bills and other day-to-day financial requirements.

6.There appears to be much force in the submission of Mr.Velmurugan. But, however, the learned Government Advocate submitted that after freezing the account, the same has been intimated to the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai-15. Hence, liberty is given to the petitioner to move the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, for defreezing the account. Thereafter, it is open to the petitioner to approach https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court, if he is aggrieved by the orders passed by the Magistrate.
