O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the third respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.09.2021 and investigate the matter.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 01.08.2021 and CSR No.321 of 2021 assigned on the same day. Thereafter, the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent on 20.09.2021, but no action has been taken by the third respondent. Hence, this Criminal Original petition is filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that it is a civil dispute, after due enquiry the complaint was closed on 07.09.2021 and admitted that no closure report was sent to the petitioner.

4.In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to furnish the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner would take appropriate action to redress his grievance, if any.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
