B.VIJAY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.C.RAGHAVAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner / accused is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on his appearance, he shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- without sureties. Thereafter, the petitioner shall give an undertaking that he will appear before the trial Court in the event of Crl.OP.No.12495 of 2018 being dismissed. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner / accused before the trial Court is dispensed with, till the disposal of Crl.OP.No.12495 of 2018.
