This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceeding in Na.Ka.No:5939/2001 dated 15.11.2001 under para 19(2)(ii) 8 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to quash the same, and to direct the respondents https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for appointing the petitioner as Tamil Teacher in the future vacancy place.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up today i.e. on 20.07.2018, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier two occasions, i.e., on 18.07.2018 and 19.07.2018, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
