The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur has sought further time to complete the trial in Special S.C. No.3 of 2019 through his letter dated 27.11.2023.

2. Considering the request made by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, this Court without going into the merits of the case, grants a further time of six months to continue and complete the trial in Special S.C.No.3 of 2019 from today.
