This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence passed by the learned Fast Track Mahila Court Ariyalur in S.C.No.8 of 2020 dated 15.06.2022.

2. Offence against the accused is under the POCSO Act and therefore, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal itself and accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petititon is dismissed.
