This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking leave to file an Appeal against the order dated 10.06.2022 passed in C.C.No.264 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Alandur.

2. Respondent entered appearance and filed his counter.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that there is no perversity in the order passed by the Court below and there is no ground to admit this Criminal Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the grounds of appeal.

5. Since there are arguable points in the grounds of appeal, leave is granted.

6. Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order. Since the respondent entered appearance, Registry is directed to print the name of the counsel for the respondent in the cause list and post the matter on 14.10.2022.
