O R D E R

This Petition is filed seeking direction to the Learned Family Judge, Salem to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.380 of 2019 and dispose within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner filed divorce Petition under Sections 13(1)(i) & (ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Even after completion of two years, there is no progress. Therefore, this Petition.

3. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not in a position to state the status of the pendency of cases in Family Court, Salem. There may be cases filed prior to this case pending on the file of Family Court, Salem. Therefore, this Court cannot fix time frame for disposing the H.M.O.P.No.380 of 2019.

4. However, considering the fact that pleadings had been completed, and the case is ripe for enquiry, the Learned Family https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judge, Salem is directed to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.380 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
