(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the petitioners herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the delay of 147 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant is condoned, the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant is set aside and the petitioners herein are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

3. The Registry is directed to carryout the amendments and list the appeal for hearing on 26.07.2024.
