This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.13229 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, K-4 Anna Nagar Police Station, Chennai every day at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
