This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5789 of 2019 by its order dated 10.6.2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Erode.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Erode daily at 5.45 p.m., until further orders.
