ORDER

This petition is filed with a prayer not to harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that, based on a complaint by one Deivagani, the petitioner has been specifically summoned to be present for a preliminary enquiry.

3. In view thereof, let the petitioner be present for the enquiry on 30.06.2025. The respondent police shall complete the enquiry. Except through summons for enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed in any other manner.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
