Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District as sought vide representation dated 06.11.2024 in light of proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 05.12.2024 in Na.Ka.No.A1/2118/2024.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 06.11.2024 before the fourth respondent to issue patta in respect of the property, more-fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, in favour of Kabarasthan Wakf, Sirukadambur village, Gingee taluk, Villupuram district. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents1 to 4 and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2024 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2024, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight
(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
