This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 1737 days in paying the deficit court fee.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the earlier order dated 09.08.2023 passed in C.M.P.No.17578 of 2023 in W.A.No.SR111861 of 2018 imposing costs of Rs.3,000/- has been complied with. He has also produced a receipt dated 22.08.2023 to that effect.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
