This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7824 of in Crl.O.P.No.6909 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020 to report before the respondent police on 1st day of every month until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7824 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.6909 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
