ORDER

This Contempt Petition arises out of the Order dated 14.11.2025 in W.P.No.43749 of 2025 passed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Counsel appeared on behalf of the Respondents submitted that pursuant to the Order dated 14.11.2025 in W.P.No.43749 of 2025, 3rd Respondent has issued the Proceedings dated 24.06.2026 bearing R.O.C.No.109, rejecting the Petitioner's Representation dated 13.10.2025 and thereby, the Order dated 14.11.2025 in W.P.No.43749 of 2025 passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the Respondents. The learned Government Counsel has produced a copy of the Proceedings issued by the 3rd Respondent, before this Court.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Counsel for Respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed and the Respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings. However, Liberty is granted to the Petitioners to challenge the Proceedings dated 24.06.2026 issued by the 3rd Respondent, in the manner known to law, if they are aggrieved by the same. 25-06-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-Speaking Order mrr
