Learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the de-facto complainant/Intervenor are present.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint given by the defacto complainant was assigned as CSR.No.3711 of 2024 and petition enquiry is pending.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. All the parties are directed to co-operate with the inquiry, till then the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner.

4. This petition is accordingly disposed of.
